Cut your travel time in half by taking a helicopter charter, Vertiport Chicago offers service to O'Hare International Airport and most airports in the Midwest. This experience includes a ground transport to or from your Terminal to the O'Hare helipad or enjoy a seamless helicopter-to-jet transfer at any executive airport. Scenic flight paths, luxury ground transportation, are available experience upgrades. Seating and luggage configuration is based on the aircraft available, base helicopters comfort four passengers and four carry-ons. Larger aircraft available for additional passengers and luggage.
Payment for this item is a deposit, your final cost will be determined by the aircraft available on the date, and time of your request. Please see additional Terms and Conditions.

ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: LANDING FEES PERMIT COSTS OR INCIDENTALS FOR THE JOB ARE ADDITIONAL AND WILL BE BILLED ACCORDINGLY. PAYMENT OF DEPOSIT CONSTITUTES AGREEMENT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTE. IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION WITHOUT RESCHEDULE DATE, 60% OF ESTIMATED TOTAL COST WILL BE CHARGED AS SERVICE FEE. IF CANCELLATION WITHIN A SEVEN DAYS OF THE SCHEDULED FLIGHT, 90% OF THE ESTIMATED COST WILL BE CHARGED.
Weather cancelation day of the flight, the client is billed for the total helicopter time used.
Weather cancellation prior to the aircraft taking flight, a $500 administration fee will be billed.
Additional flight time is billed at $5,000 per-hour, per helicopter.
Full names, and estimated weights per passenger will be required 48 hours before flight.
The chief pilot has full authority to remove passengers if deemed unsafe, intoxicated, or for weight and balance of the aircraft - client must notify of any passengers over 250 lb. in advance.
Photo ID will be required for every passenger.
Vertiport Opco, LLC. ("Vertiport") is an air charter broker and indirect air carrier, not a direct air carrier, and does not have operational authority of aircraft. All flights are operated by DOT/FAA licensed direct air carriers.
