Cancellation Policy

Customer Initiated Cancellations ~Two Weeks or more before date of booking: Cancellations made at least TWO weeks prior or longer to booking date will receive a full refunded. ~Within two weeks of booking date: Cancellations made less than two weeks, not including the last 48 hours prior to the booking, will be partially refunded with a deduction of the booking deposit of $100. As stated on the website, the normal deposit is $100. This deposit will be deducted from the Rate paid for the booking. ~48 hours or less from Booking date: No refunds will be given. Rescheduling ONLY will be accepted. ~ No-shows will be charged the full price. WEATHER RELATED OR CANCELLATIONS INITIATED BY CHARTER: ~ Rescheduling is the first action. If rescheduling is not possible, Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
