Pick-up from hotels or AirBNB is punctual, so we recommend being in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before the scheduled time.

Excursion not suitable for:

Cancellation policy
- If you cancel before 24 hours, a 100% refund of the total import will be made.
- If you cancel within 24 hours we will refund 50%.
- If you cancel at the time of pickup there is no refund.
- No refunds will be made once the excursion has been completed.
