• A signed liability waiver is required from each participant before participating in this activity.
• Participant needs to request a towel from the resort and keep it with them at all times.
• This activity includes (1) hour of instruction and (1) hour of practice.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who suffer from motion sickness.
• This tour is physically active and general good health is necessary.
• This activity is not recommended fort guests who are pregnant, have neck, back, joint, muscular or any other type of injuries, should not participate in this activity.
• This activity is not recommended for guests who do not know how to swim.

• A final confirmation email with final activity details will be sent 24-48 hours prior to activity start time.
• Activity cancelled 4-days prior to activity start time, no charges will be applied.
• Activity cancelled within 3-daysprior to activity start time, (including no-shows), 25% of the charges will be applied.
• Activity cancelled within 48-hours (including no-shows), 100% of the charges will be applied.

Cancellation Fee

• Within 96-hours (4-days prior) of activity start time, 0%.
• Within 72 hours (3-days prior) of activity time, 25%.
• Within 48-hours (2-days prior) of activity time, 100%. 
• There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
• There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
• There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
• By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
• In the unlikely event of bad weather, if there are any technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
