Join us on October 14th for a special birthday walking tour as we mark 95 years! Be among the first 30 to sign up and receive a commemorative Factory at Franklin 95th Birthday t-shirt to mark the occasion.

Join our staff historian on a special stroll through The Factory's halls on the anniversary of its construction and learn about our industrial past, the people who worked here, and the products they made, as well as how a former stove works turned bedding manufacturing plant came to be one of Franklin's favorite landmarks. We'll cover 95 years of history in an hour and a half while showing you some of the shops, restaurants, and events you can enjoy today!

This tour will split time between indoor and outdoor stops and will take place rain or shine. We advise you to wear comfortable walking shoes and dress accordingly for the weather.

Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in with your guide under the Water Tower (weather permitting), located just inside the front entrance in The Grand Hall.

To reserve your spot, select October 14th on the calendar and a ticket window will pop up. Ticket purchase includes a spot on the tour and a commemorative 95th anniversary t-shirt!
