Captain Carl Jester served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 20 years, earning numerous awards along the way. After retiring, I started running private charters in the beautiful waters of the Florida Keys. I am a resident of the Florida Keys "Islamorada" and a veteran of the armed services. Prior to my retirement from the U.S. Coast Guard, I earned my 100 ton Captain's License. With my vast experience from the Coast Guard be assured that your parties' safety is great hands for you excursion.
