All booked activities and tours include a nonrefundable 7% processing fee. Customers will receive a 100% refund less processing fee with 7 days’ notice prior to schedule tour. Customers will also receive a 100% refund less processing fee in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

For cancellations 24hour or less no refund received. Also, no shows will not receive a refund.

24hours – 48hours cancelation will receive 50% refund.

More than 48 hours will receive full refund less 7% processing fee.
