Private Tour Cancellation Policy
Private Tour Cancellation Terms & Conditions. The final guest count is due 7 days prior to the scheduled date of the event. All private tours canceled 14 days prior to the scheduled date of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. All tours canceled within 13 days prior to the scheduled date of the event are subject to a 100% cancellation fee, unless canceled by Absolutely Chicago Segway Tours. Cancellations are hand-dialed by phone at 312-552-5100. Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited from riding. Those who are pregnant are not allowed to participate. All gliders must be at least 12 years old and 100 lbs. Maximum weight is 260 lbs. Please refer to the website for additional restrictions (www.chicagosegways.com). We glide rain or shine. Poncho's are provided free of charge.
