Sea Serpent Tours DOES NOT refund, make cancellations, or reschedule due to weather, riots, epidemics, viruses, fuel shortages, or any other "force majour" matters or circumstances beyond company’s control unless "Cancellation Protection" was purchased at the time of reservation. Please DO NOT contact Sea Serpent Tours regarding a refund or rescheduling unless "Cancellation Protection" is in effect. If "Cancellation Protection" is purchased at the time the reservation is made, customers can cancel their reservation up to the time of the rental/tour for any reason. Notificatlon of cancellation must be made in writing (via email) PRIOR to the scheduled departure time. No-shows and/or missed tours will be charged the full price, and NO REFUNDS or rescheduling will be issued. All passengers MUST arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time for pre-boarding check in requirements and mandatory safety briefing. Weather note: In Florida, it rains. If you choose to not take your scheduled tour or rental because of rain or any other weather conditions, you WILL NOT be refunded unless "Cancellation Protection" was purchased at time of reservation! In the event of tour cancellation by Sea Serpent Tours due to weather or mechanical issues, Sea Serpent Tours will call our clients and advice of same. PLEASE DO NOT CALL INQUIRING AS TO WHETHER YOUR TOUR IS ON SCHEDULE. Location note: Sea Serpent Tours is located at Trout Creek Memorial Park and Marina 6550 SR 13 N. Saint Augustine, Florida 32092 which is about 20 miles west of the historic district of St Augustine. Due to various circumstances like mechanical issues, weather concerns, tidal issues, and not meeting minimum passengers, we reserve the right to reschedule the departure time and location to a different time/location within a 40 mile vicinity of the original tour location booked.
