Drift & Restore is an intentionally curated indoor floating crystal sound bath experience from The H2O Life, created to invite women to slow down, release, and reconnect with themselves.
Participants will float comfortably on the water in a peaceful indoor setting while being immersed in the resonant tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls. The combination of gentle flotation and intentional sound creates space to disconnect from the noise and demands of everyday life and simply be.
No agenda. No pressure to perform. No expectation to have a particular experience. Just an invitation to breathe deeply, become present, and receive what the moment offers.
While this experience takes place indoors, it remains deeply connected to The H2O Life’s belief in the restorative power of water.
As well, this event is centered on stillness, rest, and intentional connection with water rather than swimming or recreation. Participants should be comfortable entering a pool and floating for an extended period of time.
If you have concerns about participating in a sound-based or water-based wellness experience, please consider whether this environment will be comfortable for you before registering.
Most importantly, give yourself permission to arrive exactly as you are. There is nothing you need to accomplish here.
The H2O Life Cancellation/Refund Policy
The H2O Life does understand that life happens. It happens to us all. In the event you are unable to attend an event, please reach out so that we can discuss.
As for our standard policies, please see below:
Same Day Excursions:
The H2O Life does not offer refunds for our traditional same day excursions like hiking and paddling. The H2O Life reserves the right to cancel and reschedule these events should minimum numbers not be reached or should weather become a factor.
In the case of an H2O Life cancellation, options to reschedule will be made available.
Multi-Day/Overnight Excursions:
Due to the nature of these types of excursions, The H2O Life is unable to offer full refunds at this time.
However, we are willing to transfer the purchase to another party or reserve a space at the next, comparable event should you not be able to attend. Please contact us directly for those details.
As always, we will be as flexible as possible.
