Reservations canceled by Castoff Charters will receive a full refund. Reservations may be canceled due to weather. Reservations canceled by guests will receive a full refund if made 48 hours prior to time of event. Inside of 48 hours will receive a partial refund. Reservations may be rescheduled for a small fee based on availability. No-shows will not receive a refund.
