Cancellations
- Cancellation Policy; a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations and rebookings.
- 72+ hours, full refund, less the cancellation fee
- 24 to 72 hours, credit towards a future booking, less the cancellation fee
- less than 24 hours, no refunds
Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is required at time of booking.
- Rentals must be returned full of gas or we will charge a per gallon rate of $7.50.
- A Security Deposit will be required at time of rental by credit card only. If damage occurs your deposit will be used.
- Any damage exceeding your deposit will be immediately due. Please note we do not bill insurance. If our equipment is returned in good condition your deposit will be returned.
- You accept full liability for yourself and others during your rental period.
- You must carry your drivers license and phone during the rental period.
- If you have trouble please call us and we will make every effort to help you.
- For anything other mechanical break down, you are responsible for towing costs
- If you travel up river past the island (we will point it out on a map to you) you will bear all responsibility for towing help.
- No one under 18 years may rent equipment from us.
- Waverunners are limited to 2 persons
