In the event that the fireworks display is delayed, rescheduled, modified, shortened, or cancelled for any reason—including but not limited to weather conditions, technical difficulties, safety concerns, or decisions made by the event organizers—Spirit Cruises will not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or compensation.

The cruise experience, including sailing, dinner service, entertainment, and all onboard amenities, will proceed as scheduled regardless of the status of the fireworks display.

By purchasing a ticket, guests acknowledge and accept that the fireworks show is a separate third-party event and that Spirit Cruises assumes no responsibility or liability for its occurrence, timing, content, or cancellation.
