Meeting Place: We'll meet at The Factory Visitor Center located in Suite 11GG. It can be found next to The White Alligator and across the hall from Honest Coffee Roasters in the center of the main building. Please arrive before your tour for check-in.

Parking: We recommend entering via Franklin Road and parking in our west lot near the water tower, or in our South Lot near Rusty, the large metal sculpture of a factory employee. 

Walking & Weather: We'll be walking and talking for about 45 minutes (at most 5 minutes walking at a time), and we will spend brief portions of the tour outside (under cover, where possible!), so please dress accordingly.

Cancellations:

If you cancel your reservation more than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour, you will receive a 100% refund of your ticket.

If you cancel your reservation less than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour, you will receive a 50% refund of your ticket. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled tour will not receive a refund. 

Rescheduling:

If you need to reschedule your tour, please do so at least 24 hours in advance by selecting the Modify link in your order confirmation email, or by emailing ccampbell@holladayproperties.com.
