Cancellation Policy

If you cancel before 24 hours, we will refund 100% of the total amount.
If you cancel within 24 hours, we will refund 50%.
If you cancel at the time of pick-up, we will NOT refund your money.
There are no refunds once the tour has ended.

The minimum weight to participate in this tour is 20 kilograms (44 pounds)
The maximum weight to participate in this tour is 127 kilograms (280 pounds)
The maximum waist measurement to participate in this tour is 112 centimeters (44 inches)
Driver must be 18 and have a valid driver{'s license to drive
For security reasons, children under 12 years of age will be able to do the zipline circuit up to cable number 8
Covered ankle shoes or sandals required (no flip flops)
