Enjoy a private one-day tour with your own English-speaking local guide and private vehicle. This option is designed for cross-area or long-distance routes that go beyond a standard Nagano-area or Matsumoto-area tour.
Sample extended routes include Nagano ↔ Matsumoto, Kamikochi, Tsumago & Magome, Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Hakuba, Nozawa Onsen, and other long-distance areas.

ă»Routes such as Tateyama Kurobe Alpine Route, Hakuba, Nozawa Onsen, Tsumago & Magome, or Kamikochi may require careful timing and may not be available in all seasons.

Private Tour Cancellation
Private Tour Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a private tour.
The deposit is non-refundable once paid, except when the tour is cancelled by o8Experience.
After full payment, the following cancellation terms apply:
- Peak Season: October 1 – April 30, including year-end holidays
120 days or more before the tour date: 40% refund
Within 119 days of the tour date: Non-refundable - Regular Season: May 1 – September 30
90 days or more before the tour date: 40% refund
Within 89 days of the tour date: Non-refundable
Online cancellation may not be available for all private tour bookings. If you wish to cancel, please contact o8Experience by email. Refund eligibility is determined based on when the cancellation request is received by o8Experience, Japan local time.
The refund percentages above already include a non-refundable 10% payment processing and administrative fee, including credit card, payment gateway, and transaction costs. No additional payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Date changes or credit toward a future tour may be considered at our discretion, subject to guide, vehicle, and itinerary availability.
These terms help us secure guide availability, reserve vehicles, and make proper arrangements for confirmed private bookings.
