Enjoy making Oyaki(Japanese Stuffed Dumplings) and you can have it in front of a traditional Japanese sunken hearth. A Nagano specialty, oyaki are roasted dumplings made of wheat and filled with seasonal vegetables or sweet bean paste. You will learn to make oyaki and roast them in a sunken hearth. After enjoying the warm dumplings by the fireplace, your guide will take you to Nagano’s laid back area to visit some local shops around Zenkoji temple

The time of cancellation is determined by when the cancellation request is received by o8Experience, Japan local time.

14 days or more before the tour start time: 90% refund
8 to 13 days before the tour start time: 70% refund
4 to 7 days before the tour start time: 60% refund
1 to 3 days before the tour start time: 40% refund
Less than 24 hours before the tour start time, late arrival, or no-show: Non-refundable

The refund percentages above already include a non-refundable 10% payment processing and administrative fee, including credit card, payment gateway, and transaction costs. No additional payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

If o8Experience cancels a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather, road closures, guide or vehicle issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from operating the tour, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
