Next, step into the Rancho for a hands-on chocolate workshop. Taste cacao fruit in its pure form, roast beans over the fire, and sample rich local chocolate before rolling up your sleeves to create your own truffles with a variety of toppings. Finally, wrap up the day in the cozy home of our friend Doña Luz, where you’ll enjoy a warm cultural lunch and learn the art of making fresh tortillas by hand.
