Together, we'll produce a large batch of classic peanut brittle using commercial equipment, and you'll leave with portions to take home along with recipes for Texas pecan brittle, jalapeño-lime brittle, and other regional variations.

This class takes place in a working factory environment. Closed-toe shoes and hair restraints are required (we provide hair nets).

Age requirements: 18+. Must be 21+ for wine events. Hot sugar work requires maturity and attention to safety instructions.
