• Must be a Certified Diver or Jr. Diver. Proof of your diver certification must be presented at check-in. 
• Divers who have not logged a dive within the last 3 years will be required to complete a refresher program prior to joining any scheduled dives on the day of your activity. Proof of your refresher should be presented at check-in. 
• Good physical health. 
• Cannot be pregnant, no asthma, no epilepsy, no diabetes, no personal history of heart attacks or heart problems, strokes, no recently diagnosed High Blood pressure, no antidepressant medications or other potential contraindicated medications, no problems equalizing your ears on an airplane or in the mountains. 
• Participants should be 10 years or older. 
• Children ages 10-17 must participate with a parent or guardian.
• Young children must be of adequate size to fit into the equipment and capable of carrying a 40 pound tank on their back. 
• Bubble Watchers (Passengers on board) ages 4-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES.
• Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on the vessel.

Complimentary use of all diving equipment except a wetsuit (mask, fins, BCD, regulator, tank, weights); and adult & kid-sized snorkel mask, fins, snorkel, and snorkel vest.

Towels, snacks, other beverages besides water, and tips to crew.

• After your purchase is confirmed we will email you a confirmation.
• Be sure to bring your dive certification card (or a screenshot) and a towel with you.
• You should apply reef-safe sunscreen 20 minutes before it is required to ensure maximum protection.
• Your boat is equipped with a cooler, ice and fresh drinking water, shaded seating areas, a ladder for easy water entry/exit, onboard restroom.

DIVES & SNORKEL: Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours of activity date (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

SHARK DIVES & SNUBA: Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 7 days (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

PRIVATE CHARTER BOATS: Cancellations made prior to 3 days before activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 3 days of activity date (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours of activity date (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

Stuart Cove’s activities are non-transferrable. Any change to the itinerary will be re-priced at the current available pricing and penalties/ administrative fees may apply. Once first activity of your overall booking is taken, any unused portions are not refundable.  In any case where services cannot be rendered, or customer cancels reservations due to Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, government border closures, unusually severe weather, hurricanes, or a world health crisis such as a pandemic. Stuart Cove’s reserves the right to amend the aforementioned cancellation policy and offer a credit voucher rather than refund.
