The magic of Upper Shirley Vineyards awaits! A Kul Wheels Fun Promoter will lead you to your experience of a grand estate, winery and restaurant and one of the most scenic bends on the James River.
One-Way ride (approximately 21 miles) begins at Kul Wheels and ends at Upper Shirley. Ebikes will be trailered back to Kul Wheels. Riders take as much time as they would like at Upper Shirley and arrange their own return transportation.

TOUR CANCELLATION POLICY
Bummer, your plans have changed. You MUST contact Kul Wheels at least 24 Hours BEFORE the scheduled time of your tour to receive a refund (LESS 5% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE). If you don’t call or email within 24 hours before you tour, AND receive a written confirmation of your cancellation from Kul Wheels LLC, you will not receive a refund.
Tours start on-time and there will be NO Refund or credit for late arrival. We will NOT wait if you are LATE!
