2 hr trail ride=$80/rider & Private fee=$15/rider: $95/rider base price.

Lunch Price=$15/rider.

Automatic Gratuity=$19/rider.

**Ride Check-In & Arrival:**

• Check in 45 minutes before your scheduled ride time.

• Example: A 10am ride = 9:15am check-in or 9:30am ride=8:45am check-in

• This time is required for waivers, safety instructions, assigning horses, etc. 

• Arriving early does NOT mean leaving early.

• Late arrivals may face changes such as shortened rides, cancellation without refund, being moved to another ride, or changing from private to public—depending on how late you are.

**Directions (from Blue Ridge, GA):**

• Turn from Hwy 515 onto Hwy 5 at the McDonald’s red light.

• Drive 3.9 miles on Hwy 5, turn left onto Hwy 2.

• Drive another 3.9 miles on Hwy 2 (very curvy).

• Turn left onto Cashes Valley Rd; the location is 0.3 miles on the left with signage.

• If using GPS: Add Mercier’s Orchard as a stop in order to avoid the possibility of being routed the most scenic, rough route.

• Do NOT follow GPS onto: Whitepath Rd, Lucious Rd, Boardtown Rd or Bushyhead Rd.

**Parking Instructions:**

• Park close and neatly, facing headlights or taillights toward the fence.

• Even if the lot is empty, park tightly for future riders.

• When entering the gravel lot:

        -Use low gear, do not stop, and maintain slow momentum. This prevents spinning gravel or getting stuck.

• Resident dogs may be present—they will move.

**Rain & Weather Policy:**

• Show up at check-in time regardless of weather, unless notified otherwise.

• We will contact you if weather may affect the ride.

• Light rain: rides may continue; no rides in lightning, thunder, or heavy rain.

• If unsafe: we may reschedule or cancel altogether, depending on the customers availability as well as ours.

• Same-day cancellations are only allowed due to weather, at our discretion.

• If you can’t reschedule, a gift certificate for a "raincheck" will be issued (if prepaid).

**Cancellation Policy:**

• All changes or cancellations must be made by replying to the confirmation email.

• Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 100% of the ride cost.. This also applies if fewer riders show up than booked.

• Emergencies are considered case-by-case if you contact us by email or text (706-455-4529).

• "No Shows" are non-negotiable and will be charged the cancellation fee of 100%.

**Refunds & Chargebacks:**

• No refunds (except the deposit/"service fee"). We offer the "pay later" option because of this strict policy.

• Cancellations must be emailed more than 24 hours in advance to be honored. 

• Chargebacks for valid transactions will be disputed with documentation and will result in additional fees as well as being banned from making any future reservations. 

• Completing a purchase means you agree to all policies, including “pay later” reservations.
