- Nagano Station – 8:00 AM : In front of Beck’s Coffee (inside station, just outside the Shinkansen gates) .
- Matsumoto Station – 9:30 AM : Outside the Alps (West) Exit – look for our light yellow Toyota van.
Please select the correct starting point when booking: Nagano Station at 8:00 AM or Matsumoto Station at 9:30 AM.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation refunds are calculated based on the scheduled tour start time.
The time of cancellation is determined by when the cancellation request is received by o8Experience, Japan local time.
- 14 days or more before the tour start time: 90% refund
- 8 to 13 days before the tour start time: 70% refund
- 4 to 7 days before the tour start time: 60% refund
- 1 to 3 days before the tour start time: 40% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the tour start time, late arrival, or no-show: Non-refundable
The refund percentages above already include a non-refundable 10% payment processing and administrative fee, including credit card, payment gateway, and transaction costs. No additional payment processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
If o8Experience cancels a tour due to safety concerns, severe weather, road closures, guide or vehicle issues, or other circumstances that prevent us from operating the tour, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule, subject to availability.
