• 7+ days before the tour date: A full refund is available, minus a 10% processing fee.
• 3 to 6 days before the tour date: A 50% refund is available, minus a 10% processing fee.
• Within 2 days of the tour date: Unfortunately, no refunds can be provided.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process and will exclude a 10% processing fee to cover payment costs. If your plans change unexpectedly, we may be able to offer rescheduling or credit toward a future booking, depending on availability. Please contact us as soon as possible to explore your options.
