Eureka Springs Adventures at Wanderoo Lodge requires that participants sign a Release Form and Rental Agreement prior to participation. By renting from us you are acknowledging that you have the appropriate level of skill, strength, and experience to participate in the activity that you have planned. Life jackets must be worn at all times. Renters must follow all Arkansas state rules and regulations. Kids under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. The adult must sign the child waiver.

Dogs are welcome! See below for more info:
- Friendly lap dogs under 25lbs are welcome for free. 
- Friendly dogs over 25lbs are welcome and will occupy a seat on the shuttle. Doggo's owners will be charged the cost of a second boat rental. Customers booking online in advance that are bringing a dog over 25lbs can/should reserve a second boat in advance to ensure space on the shuttle. 

If you cancel between 0-72 hours of your rental reservation; no refund will be issued. Cancellation between time of booking and 72 hours of the reservation will be charged a 10% administrative fee. 
In times of inclement weather: We will cancel only when it is unsafe (ex: lightening). Float trips on days when it is only raining will not be cancelled.
If Eureka Springs Adventures at Wanderoo Lodge has to cancel for any reason, a full refund will be given and not charged a 10% administrative fee. 

If renters are not at the pick up point at scheduled time, renters will be charged a late fee equal to the amount of a boat rental/per boat - No exception. 
(This means that if you paid $88 for your rental, you'll be charged an additional $88 for the late fee. It may seem harsh... but we run a tight ship. Your late boat means the person on the next shuttle won't have a boat to rent!)

Cancellation between time of booking and 72 hours of the reservation will be charged a $10 administrative fee. Cancellation between 72-0 hours of your rental reservation; no refund will be issued. No exceptions.
Space is limited, guests are being turned away for your tour, and costs for planning it have already been incurred.

In times of inclement weather:
We will cancel only when it is unsafe (ex: lightening). Float trips on days when it is only raining will not be cancelled. The weather is subject to change quickly. We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. However, at our discretion, we will temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightning, thunder, or high winds. If Eureka Springs Adventures at Wanderoo Lodge has to cancel for any reason, we will offer a raincheck to reschedule during your stay in Eureka Springs. If rescheduling is not an option for you when we cancel, a full refund will be given and not charged a 10% administrative fee.
