Where does the Amsterdam Light Festival begin?
The festival begins in the Court Garden at the Light Garden, where you can admire the first works of light art. We start our tours from Stationsplein 26.

May we bring our own snacks or drinks?
Yes, this is possible by agreement and only on private boat tours. We do ask for a corkage fee as a contribution. Do you prefer snacks or drinks included with your cruise? Both drinks and snacks can be ordered. From beer, wine and soft drinks to wine tastings, snacks, appetizers, pizzas and extensive dinners.

How many works of art does the Amsterdam Light Festival have?
The festival features 20 light installations designed by artists from around the world. These unique works of art make the festival a visual highlight.

How long does a canal cruise take during the Amsterdam Light Festival?
Our tours last about 75 minutes, or 1.5 hours based on your choice. This gives you enough time to admire all the light installations from the water.

Are the boats suitable for events and corporate outings?
Yes, a boat tour is perfect for special occasions and corporate outings. Whether it is King’s Day, Gay Pride or a team outing, we provide a unique and unforgettable experience.

What do we do when it rains?
Both the Mosi Jo and the Zaza are equipped with flexible canopies designed to adapt to any weather conditions. During rain, the canopies can be fully closed to keep you dry. On sunny or windy days, we can adjust only the front section of the canopy for just the right amount of protection and comfort.

Is there a toilet on board?
Yes, all of our boats have toilets. The Zaza features a private and spacious restroom for your comfort, while the Mosi Jo also has a toilet on board that folds out from the front deck — a bit more compact and technical, but fully functional.

Customers receive a full refund or credit with a 4-day cancellation notice. If the cancellation is made within the last 3 days prior to the booking, a refund of 75% will be issued. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. Please contact us by phone to inquire about cancellations. No-shows will be charged the full price.
