Rent a Kul Wheels Electric Bicycle! Experience the joy of riding on the Virginia Capital Trail or check out beautiful downtown Richmond, VA.

24-hour rentals may be picked up anytime during shop hours and returned the following day at or before the same time during shop hours. Overnight rentals may be picked up during the last hour of the shop day and returned the following day within the first hour of the shop opening. 

Rental periods begin and end at the time scheduled or time paid (if the rental is done at the shop). If the rental is not returned on time, a late charge of $50.00 per hour (or portion of that hour) will be applied. Overnight and 24-hour rentals are not available on Mondays.

All riders are given a free bottle of water and we have bike locks and helmets for you to use. (All riders must wear a helmet).

Each rider must be at least 16 years old, be able to confidently ride a bike, show a valid photo ID and fill out this WAIVER ELECTRONICALLY before receiving an e-bike.

Kul Wheels electric bikes can only transported from the shop via an e-bike approved vehicle rack or other approved method. They may not be transported inside SUVs, trucks or cars. Kul Wheels rents e-bike vehicle racks for $25/day.
