If you are in a hotel, pick up will be in our own private transportation (by state transport and tourism laws they can only be driven by clients who have a license) or by taxi.

Restrictions
- Travelers with severe medical conditions
- Snorkeling available for children 7 years old and up. Kayak and paddleboard available for children 12 years old and up.
- All drivers must have a valid driver's license and be at least 16 years old. Minors must always be accompanied by an adult.
- Tequila tasting is only permitted for travelers at least 18 years old.
- Not permitted for children under 5 years old.
- Snorkeling, kayak and paddleboard portion on the beach club is subject to weather conditions.

All our excursions can be cancelled 24 hours before the day of the tour with a full refund.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the excursion the amount you paid will not be refunded.
In case your tour is canceled by the company you will be fully refunded.
We do not make refunds due to the weather conditions.
In the event that your ship is unable to dock at the port due to severe weather conditions, you will receive a full refund.
