Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the reservation time for a full refund. Within 24 hours, cancellations will be charged 10% of their reservation. We will try to accommodate any changes but cannot guarantee them. In the case of inclement weather, we reserve the right to cancel rentals for safety reasons. If we need to cancel for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
