**Due to the rules set by credit card processing companies, Any cancellations outside if 7 days will incur a 5% processing fee which is non refundable. Cancellations within 7 days of the designated charter date will incur 50% charge and inside of 48 hours are unlikely and the credit card submitted for authorization may be charged the full (100%) of the amount listed above. If your captain cancels for any reason you will receive a full (100%) refund.
