From June 1 to October 1, both of our schooners, the Abbey Road and Zeeto, are available for single-day trips, multi-day overnight Family Adventures, Youth Group Adventures and Adult Training Adventures with up to six passengers. Are most popular sails are:

Three Hour Adventures
Sail aboard Abbey Road or Zeeto for a three-hour adventure on the scenic waters of Lake Superior. Help raise sails, take the helm, or simply relax as we cruise past Bayfield, Madeline Island, and beyond. Our friendly crew offers sailing tips and stories—and if conditions allow, we may even stop for a refreshing swim!  $485 for a private sail with up to six passengers.

Deckhand For A Day
Spend the day as a tall ship deckhand aboard Zeeto! In this 8-hour hands-on adventure, you’ll raise sails, take the helm, tie knots, and learn traditional seamanship from our crew. Enjoy lunch on board and explore the Apostle Islands—perfect for curious adventurers aged 12 and up.   $245 per person

Two Days Before The Mast
Step aboard Zeeto for two days of immersive maritime training and adventure. As part of the crew, you’ll gain hands-on experience in traditional seamanship—plotting courses, raising sails, tying knots, and standing watch at the helm—while exploring the rich nautical heritage of the Apostle Islands. $490 per person

Family Adventures Sail
Set sail on a multi-day adventure for an unforgettable escape for up to six family members and friends. Whether you're eager to learn the ropes or simply unwind on deck, this voyage is yours to shape. A perfect blend of adventure, connection, and relaxation—no experience required, just a spirit of discovery. Private sail starting at $2,910 for two days

Youth Group Sails
Under the command of a licensed captain, and with the assistance from adult leader(s) with the group, up to six youth trainees will actively participate in the operation of the ship. They will live, eat and sleep on board the Abbey Road or Zeeto while exploring the Apostle Islands. By the end of a voyage they will know the fundamentals of how to sail a schooner. These overnight voyages may be physically and emotionally challenging for some participants—although not dangerous. As controlled risks are overcome, trainees discover hidden strengths, acquire new skills and increase self-confidence. We operate equitable access programs. If financial assistance is required, please contact us and we can help you apply for grants and scholarships.  These trips run about $1,050 per day, not including food.
