Visit the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island with an experienced and licensed guide. This is Grounds only. This will not include the Crown or Pedestal of the Statue of Liberty. Also, the guide is not allowed to guide you through Museums on Liberty or Ellis Island. They are allowed to take you to photo spots in those museums. This is a rule from the National Park Service, unfortunately.
