Cancellation policy
- If you cancel before 24 hours, we refund 100% of the total amount.
- If you cancel within 24 hours, we refund 50%.
- If you cancel at the time of pickup, we will NOT refund you.
- There are no refunds once the excursion has been completed.
Restrictions
- It must be considered that the tours along the park's trails are in conditions typical of nature, so this must be taken into account for the use of cars/strollers for children, as well as for people with special mobility conditions.
- Children under six years of age are not permitted on the Zip Line excursion.
- The maximum weight limit to participate in the Zip Line tour is 280 pounds.
- People under the influence of alcohol or toxic substances will not be able to participate.
- Video equipment and drones are not permitted in the park.
