📍Meeting Point:
- Nagano Station – 8:10 AM : In front of Beck’s Coffee (inside station, just outside the Shinkansen gates) .
- Matsumoto Station – 9:30 AM : Outside the Alps (West) Exit – look for our light yellow Toyota van.
