Cancellation refunds are calculated based on the scheduled tour start time.
- 7 days or more before the tour start time: 90% refund
- From 3 days to less than 7 days before the tour start time: 70% refund
- From 24 hours to less than 3 days before the tour start time: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before the tour start time: Non-refundable
