Description
Our tandem kayaks allow for seating for two to adventure down the river. This options includes a round trip shuttle for two (2) people to and from the river. Life jacket & paddle included with the rental.
Shuttle DEPARTS at the time listed. Arrive 30 minutes early to allow time for check-in.
Check-in is located at the front desk at Wanderoo Lodge & Gravel Bar! Enter the big blue house and turn to your left.
Doors to the shuttle close 10 minutes before scheduled departure in order to accomodate walk-ins. If you arrive late, you risk forfeiting your seat and will not be issued a refund.
If it is after 10PM and you are wanting to book a float for the following day, contact the front desk at (479) 363-6755 for availability.
Default Cancellation Policy
Cancellation between time of booking and 72 hours of the reservation will be charged a $10 administrative fee. Cancellation between 72-0 hours of your rental reservation; no refund will be issued. No exceptions.
Space is limited, guests are being turned away for your tour, and costs for planning it have already been incurred.
In times of inclement weather:
We will cancel only when it is unsafe (ex: lightening). Float trips on days when it is only raining will not be cancelled. The weather is subject to change quickly. We will make every effort to complete your tour as planned. However, at our discretion, we will temporarily suspend the tour, sometimes with very little notice, due to lightning, thunder, or high winds. If Eureka Springs Adventures at Wanderoo Lodge has to cancel for any reason, we will offer a raincheck to reschedule during your stay in Eureka Springs. If rescheduling is not an option for you when we cancel, a full refund will be given and not charged a 10% administrative fee.
