Cancellation Policy
The cancellation policy is described as follows (Please Read Carefully):
If a customer books a tour and cancels prior to the first Cancellation Fee Window of 30 days, they will receive a full refund.
There are 3 Cancellation Fee Windows and they are as follows:
1) at 30 days -- 50% Cancellation Fee
2) at 14 days -- 75% Cancellation Fee
3) at 7 days -- 100% Cancellation Fee
After 7 days, THERE IS NO REFUND. These policies reflect long lead times needed for event, vehicle, employee and material planning.
