All Private Cruises must be canceled one week (7 days) prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund. All cancellations must be submitted via email to [email protected] Chicago Cycleboats operate rain or shine! If the weather is deemed as too severe by our Cycleboat staff, a ride will be rescheduled.

All rides depart from the Chicago Riverwalk at between the LaSalle Street and Wells Street bridges. 

Please remember that your reservation time is the departure time. You will need to arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to leave the dock on time. Be sure that each individual in the party has signed the digital waiver and confirmed their email address prior to your arrival. We may ask you to show your digital waiver confirmation email before you'll be allowed to board the boat. Chicago Cycleboats reserves the right to delay cruises past the original scheduled departure time for any reason.

Weather Policy: Chicago Cycleboats operate rain or shine! If the weather is deemed as too severe by our Cycleboat staff, a ride will be rescheduled and you will be contacted immediately. If we do not contact you, that means all cruises for the day will be operating as scheduled.

Our waivers are digital and therefore 100% paperless. We recommend that you fill out the waiver before your trip in order to save time during the check-in process.
