Description

The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using a variety of techniques. Through knowledge development and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills. Topics include, self rescue, recognising and managing stress in other divers, emergency management and equipment, rescuing panicked divers and rescuing unresponsive divers.

Includes: PADI Rescue Manual. Exams. PADI membership. 2 confined water dives. 4 training dives. Dive gear. National Marine park fee.

Notes/Additional information: 15 years old and over. Requirements: PADI Open Water Diver, PADI Advanced Open Water Diver, First Aid qualification, 25 logged dives.

Deposit to reserve the date/time for activity: $50 USD per person. Balance of payment is due on day of the booked activity in Isla Mujeres, before the start of the activity. Payment can be made in person in cash (USD or MX Pesos or with credit card).

16% charge on all cancellations to cover bank charges.

 

Cancellation with minimum 7 days notice:

Full refund of deposit and payment (minus 16% charge).

 

Cancellation with less than 7 days notice:

Your deposit and payment will not be refunded. Booking can be rescheduled to a later date.

 

Cancellation with no notice:

No refunds.

 

Carey Dive Center reserves the right to cancel due to bad weather conditions and will reschedule trips at an agreed date and time. If reschedule is not possible then a full refund will apply (minus 16% charge).

 

Cancellations due to medical reasons need to be accompanied with a doctor’s letter and will receive a refund of deposit and payment (minus 16% charge).

 

Once customers have boarded our boats, no refunds will be given.
