Arrival:  

Our representatives, wearing a bright orange polo and black pants, will be waiting right outside the airport's baggage claim area, holding a sign with your name.
On you scheduled arrival date, our team will monitor your flight for changes, including earlier arrivals and delays.
Your vehicle will be standing by at the airport 1 hour and 15 minutes after your flight has arrived in Aruba. All Transportation Services are based on the flight schedule/ time. 
 
Departure:

To ensure a smooth departure experience, your transfer to the airport will be scheduled approximately 4 hours before your flight departure time.
Please make sure to fill out accurate travel information for your departure: Airline, Flight Number, Scheduled Flight Time.
Two days prior to your departure, you will receive an email with the exact pick-up time for your departure transfer.

• There will be no refunds for passengers that cancel within 24-hours of their trip start time.
• There will be no refunds for passengers that are “no-shows” on the day of their trip.
• There will be no refunds for over sleeping, sunburns, change of heart.
• By Management’s discretion, an exception can occur in the circumstance of a special cancellation request.
• In the unlikely event of bad weather, if the vehicle(s) experience technical problems or for any circumstance your tour would be cancelled, you would receive a full refund.
• In the unlikely event that your cruise ship arrived late in Port or not at all, you would receive a full refund.
