Description
Everything on this walking tour is over 50, but you don’t have to be. Just have an interest in businesses, homes, theaters and neighborhoods celebrating 50+ years as part of the West Village of NYC.
We will walk through the beautiful Greenwich Village neighborhood and learn the history of the area through its parks, businesses, churches, and theaters. Greenwich Village has been home to everyone from freed slaves and immigrants to the artistic community and the remarkably wealthy.
This is a 2 hour tour with about 2.5 miles of walking and a limit of 10 persons per tour. Cost is $45 per person.
Meeting Point
We will meet near the arch at the end of 5th avenue in Washington Square Park. I will be on the South Side facing the fountain.
Default Cancellation Policy
Full refund if cancelled over 48 hours before the start of a tour. 50% refund if cancelled less than 48 hours, but more than 24 hours before tour begins. No refund if less than 24 hours before tour begins.
