Guests are responsible for their own transportation to and from the tour check-in location.

If you are coming in on a cruise ship, please exit the Nassau Cruise Port and walk west along Woodes Rodgers Walk, pass the Straw Market, to our Stuart Cove's Kiosk on the pier before Senior Frogs.

If you are staying at a hotel, please make your way to our Stuart Cove's Kiosk near Senior Frogs.

• After your purchase is confirmed we will email you a confirmation.
• Be sure to bring a towel with you.
• You should apply sunscreen 20 minutes before it is required to ensure maximum protection.
• Your boat is equipped with a cooler, ice and fresh drinking water, shaded seating areas, a ladder for easy water entry/exit, onboard restroom.

Complimentary use of adult and kid-sized mask, fins, snorkel, snorkel vest, and SNUBA harness.

Towels, snacks, other beverages besides water, and tips to crew.

• SNUBA participants must be able to swim.
• Each person must complete and pass a medical questionnaire/ waiver to participate.
• Participants must be 8 years or older.
• Good physical health.
• Cannot be pregnant, no asthma, no epilepsy, no diabetes, no personal history of heart attacks or heart problems, strokes, no recently diagnosed High Blood pressure, no antidepressant medications or other potential contraindicated medications, no problems equalizing your ears on an airplane or in the mountains.
• Children under the age of 18 must participate with a parent or guardian.
• Children under the age of 4 are not permitted on vessel.

DIVES & SNORKEL: Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours of activity date (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

SHARK DIVES & SNUBA: Cancellations made prior to 7 days before the activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 7 days (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

PRIVATE CHARTER BOATS: Cancellations made prior to 3 days before activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 3 days of activity date (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

RENTAL EQUIPMENT: Cancellations made prior to 24 hours before activity date will be refunded less an 8% administrative processing fee. Cancellations made inside of 24 hours of activity date (and No Shows) are non-refundable.

Stuart Cove’s activities are non-transferrable. Any change to the itinerary will be re-priced at the current available pricing and penalties/ administrative fees may apply. Once first activity of your overall booking is taken, any unused portions are not refundable.  In any case where services cannot be rendered, or customer cancels reservations due to Acts of God, war, civil commotion, fire, flood or other casualty, government border closures, unusually severe weather, hurricanes, or a world health crisis such as a pandemic. Stuart Cove’s reserves the right to amend the aforementioned cancellation policy and offer a credit voucher rather than refund.
