SUP Fitness classes to get you outdoors and in shape!

Bring your workout to the water! We offer classes that combine Stand Up Paddling, the fastest growing sport in the world, with fitness activities that will strengthen, tone, and inspire you to get in shape. Designed for all levels of fitness and physical skills, our program offers a unique and fun way to improve your overall health and well-being.

Our SUP group fitness classes are not meant to be instructional. We highly recommend a SUP lesson prior to taking a fitness class. This course includes:

·   Paddle Warm Up

·   Stretches

·   Core Exercises

·   Stability Exercises

·   Cool Down

Duration: 45 Minutes
Age: 16 and up. Students must be able to swim.

All sessions are weather permitting and subject to change date and time. Sessions must be booked and paid for ahead of time to ensure we are ready to paddle. Cancelations due to weather will result in a credit towards your next paddle. No-shows and cancelations less than 24 hours in advance will result in a loss. Bookings includes all of the necessary equipment and safety gear for your paddle as well as an experienced, certified instructor. Please note that gratuity is not included in our standard service fees, so please be kind and tip our staff for services well done.
