If you add the delivery service to your rental, then our runner (delivery driver) will deliver the machines to your home or wherever you need them. Or they can meet you near one of the lakes in Utah. When you get the machines he/she will teach you how to operate the Jet Ski Waverunner, give you a short safety training, make a video showing the current condition of the machine, answer any questions you have, get your card on file for the security deposit, and have you sign the paperwork.

Pick-up & Drop-off Times:

There are no refunds for early returns. Late returns will be subject to a late fee of $2 per minute per sled after the scheduled return time. Call us anytime (even during your rental) if you'd like to add additional days to your scheduled rental. Based on availability, additional days may be added to your rental at any time.

Full-day/Multi-day jet ski waverunner rental pick-up time (checkout time) is between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM in the morning or the night before between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Drop-off time (checkin time) is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM on the same day of your reservation. If a multi-day rental is taking place then the jet ski(s) is/are due back on the final day of rental by 7:00 PM at the latest. Give us a call if you have any questions. We are flexible! Call/text, if an early pick-up or drop-off time is needed to better accommodate for your specific adventure needs. 

Trailer Hook-ups:

You'll need a 2-inch ball and a standard 4-prong (4-way-flat) electrical connector to haul the 1 to 3-place jet ski waverunner trailers. The 4 to 6-place jet ski waverunner trailers will require a 2" ball with trailer breaks through a 7-way round electrical connector. Each jet ski waverunner will usually weigh just less than 700 lbs. Make sure you have a 4-wheel drive vehicle with a towing capacity capable of pulling whatever you rent. We have trailer electrical adapters and 2" balls available for rent if you need them. If you call and book ahead of time, then for an additional cost, we may be able to hook you up with a good rental vehicle(s) capable of pulling what you rented.

Delivery Service & Tour Guides:

You may add an optional tour guide or delivery service to your rental at any time. 

When you add the delivery service to your rental, our driver will usually meet you at your house or near the lake. This is where he/she will teach you how to operate the jet ski, give you a short safety training, make sure you and your party feel comfortable riding and show you where to go.

When you book a tour guide with us, you and your party get a custom personalized jet ski riding experience based on your desires and riding skill level. Our tour guide will usually meet you at one of our preferred lakes in Utah, where he/she will teach you how to operate the jet ski, give you a short safety training, make sure you and your party feel comfortable riding and show you where to go.

Rental Security Deposit:

Before taking the jet ski(s), a security deposit of $500 per jet ski waverunner is required. You can make this security deposit payment with Venmo, Cash, or a Credit/Debit Card at the time of pick-up. This rental security deposit is held by Peak Adventure Rentals until the jet skis are brought back to us at the end of the rental. This security deposit will be fully refunded back to you if the equipment is brought back on time, undamaged, and full on fuel at the end of the rental. On the rare occasion that damage does occur, we will calculate and deduct the cost of the repairs from this security deposit, then we will refund the remaining balance back to you.

According to our rental agreement and liability waiver, the renter and all waiver signers are fully responsible for all the damage costs that happen to the jet ski(s) during the rental. To reduce your rental risks, consider opting into one of our two damage waiver insurance options explained below.

Damage Waiver Insurance Options:

You have the option to add damage waiver insurance to your rental. Our internal "Damage Waiver Insurance" (DWI) is not required, but we strongly recommend it if your current insurance policy does not cover you for rentals like this. If you’re not sure, or you don't know if your current insurance provider covers you for this kind of rental, then we recommend calling your insurance provider to find out.

Realize that even though you're only required to pay a $500 security deposit for each jet ski waverunner you rent, you and all waiver signers are still fully responsible and liable for the costs of all the damages that happen to the jet ski(s) during your rental. To reduce your rental risks, consider adding one of the following damage waiver options below to your rental.

Peak Protect Premium
$500 Deductible Damage Waiver Insurance - 27.5% of the rental price 
Covers you, your party, and all waiver signers for any damages costs that exceed $500. In other words, if you crash the machine or something and the repair costs are a total of $2,600 then you will only be required to pay $500 of the total damages. We (Peak Adventure Rentals) will cover the remaining $2,100 ourselves. This $500 damage waiver costs 27.5% of the rental price and it may be added to your rental at any time.

Peak Protect 
$2,500 Deductible Damage Waiver Insurance - 7.5% of the rental price 
Covers you, your party, and all waiver signers for any damages costs that exceed $2,500. In other words, if you crash the machine or something and the repair costs are a total of $2,600 then you will be required to pay $2,500 of the total damages. We (Peak Adventure Rentals) will cover the remaining $100 ourselves. This $2.5K damage waiver insurance costs 7.5% of the rental price and it may be added to your rental at any time.

NOTE: Our damage waiver insurance options do NOT cover any injuries, and we're NOT liable for any injuries whatsoever! Basically, it just guarantees that in the rare occasion that damage is done to the rental equipment, then you would not be held liable for any repairs exceeding your deductible amount.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

Day of cancellation = No refund
Day before cancellation = 90% cancellation fee
Week of cancelation = 60% cancellation fee
Week prior cancellation = 30% cancellation fee
Month prior cancellation = 15% cancellation fee
Quarter (3-months) prior cancellation = No cancellation fee

Remember, it's free to reschedule up to 2 days before your reservation. However, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation. Rescheduling is not the same as cancelling! If for whatever reason you need to change the dates then please call us and let us know. It's always FREE to reschedule your reservation with Peak Adventure Rentals as long as someone at Peak Adventure Rentals is aware and finalizes the change at least 2 days before the original reservation date.

In summary, if you cancel your reservation on the day of your reservation, you will NOT be refunded. If you cancel the day before your reservation, then you will only receive a 10% refund. If you cancel 2 to 6 days before your reservation, then you will receive a 40% refund. If you cancel 1 to 4 weeks (1 month) before your reservation, then you will receive a 70% refund. If you cancel 1 to 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive an 85% refund. If you cancel at least 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive a 100% refund. It's free to reschedule as long as you reschedule at least two days before your reservation. Otherwise, if the day you reschedule your reservation is within 2 days of your original reservation, then you will be required to pay an additional cost of 30% of the total reservation price.

Jet Ski Waverunner Rules & Guidelines:

1. You Break It You Buy It: During the machine checkout process, we always record a video of the jet ski(s) showing the current condition. You will not ever need to worry about paying for damages that were done by a previous renter. Upon request, we can even send (text or email) you a high-quality copy of the recorded video. According to our rental agreement and liability waiver, the renter and waiver signers are fully responsible for all the damage costs that happen to the jet ski(s) during the rental. To reduce your rental risks, consider opting for one of our two damage waiver insurance options.
2. Age Limitations: Renters must be at least 18 years of age. Drivers must be at least 16 years old with a valid driver's license. No one under the age of 16 is permitted to operate the jet ski without the help of a 21-year-old adult with a valid driver's license, who has signed the liability waiver and is sitting behind them on the jet ski the entire time helping them drive safely.
3. Assumption of Risk: We're NOT liable for any injuries whatsoever! The renter acknowledges that this type of activity involves many dangers, including the risk of bodily injury and/or death. The renter assumes and accepts all risks associated with the use of the Craft. The renter also agrees to hold harmless Peak Adventure Rentals and understands that our rental agreement doubles as a hold harmless agreement between the renter and Peak Adventure Rentals.
4. Fuel Policy: You are responsible for paying for the fuel you use. If you take the jet skis full, you need to bring them back full. If you take them low on fuel, then you are welcome to bring them low or nearly empty. If the jet skis are not returned full of fuel at the end of the rental then for your convenience, we'll fill them up at a gas station nearby, then we'll deduct the cost of the fuel from your security deposit and text you a photo of the receipt. 
   
   Jet skis have a fuel tank capacity of about 12 gallons of gas, most renters can ride their jet ski waverunner for a least 6 hours before needing to add more fuel to the jet skis. Depending on how fast and how long you drive your jet ski waverunner you may need to add more fuel during the rental. That is why we send the trailer with a couple of extra empty 5-gallon gas cans. Even for a one-day rental, we recommend stopping at a gas station before going to the lake to fill up at least one of the extra empty 5-gallon gas cans. If there is any extra fuel in the gas can at the end of the rental, you may pour it into your personal vehicle. 
   
   When launching the jet skis into the water, be careful to not submerge the gas tanks into the water. You may need to take them off the trailer before launching just to be safe. Water in the fuel will damage the machines.

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows:
