RENTAL INCLUDES:
-Helmets, goggles, and a full tank of gas.
-15 minute inspection, and showcase of how to use machine.
For this full day DIrtbike rental, you have the option to pickup in the morning (7:00am and 10:00am)or the night before (between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm) however, regardless of what time you pick up, you will need to have the machines back to our shop by 7:00pm at the latest in order to avoid the late fee of $2 per minute per machine.
Rental Security Deposit:
Before taking the machines a security deposit of $500 per dirtbike is required. you can make this security deposit payment with Venmo, cash, or a credit/debit card at time of pick up. this rental security deposit is held by peak adventure rentals until the machines are brought back to us at the end of the rentals, this security deposit will be fully refunded back to you if the equipment is brought back on time, undamaged and full on fuel. on the rare occasion the damage does occur, we will calculate and deduct the cost of the repair from this security deposit, then we will refund the remaining balance back to you.
According to our rental aggrement and liability waiver, the renter and the waiver signers are fully responsible for all the damages costs that happen to the dirt bike or machines during the rental. to reduce you rental risk, consider opt into one of our two damage waiver insurance option .

Default Cancellation Policy
Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is as follows:
- Day of cancellation = No refund
- Day before cancellation = 90% cancellation fee
- Week of cancelation = 60% cancellation fee
- Week prior cancellation = 30% cancellation fee
- Month prior cancellation = 15% cancellation fee
- Quarter (3-months) prior cancellation = No cancellation fee
Remember, it's free to reschedule up to 2 days before your reservation. However, there will be a 30% rescheduling fee if you need to reschedule within 48 hours of your reservation. Rescheduling is not the same as cancelling! If for whatever reason you need to change the dates then please call us and let us know. It's always FREE to reschedule your reservation with Peak Adventure Rentals as long as someone at Peak Adventure Rentals is aware and finalizes the change at least 2 days before the original reservation date.
In summary, if you cancel your reservation on the day of your reservation, you will NOT be refunded. If you cancel the day before your reservation, then you will only receive a 10% refund. If you cancel 2 to 6 days before your reservation, then you will receive a 40% refund. If you cancel 1 to 4 weeks (1 month) before your reservation, then you will receive a 70% refund. If you cancel 1 to 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive an 85% refund. If you cancel at least 3 months before your reservation, then you will receive a 100% refund. It's free to reschedule as long as you reschedule at least two days before your reservation. Otherwise, if the day you reschedule your reservation is within 2 days of your original reservation, then you will be required to pay an additional cost of 30% of the total reservation price.
