RENTAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Bummer, your plans have changed. You MUST contact Kul Wheels at least 24 Hours BEFORE the scheduled time of your rental to cancel to receive a refund (LESS 5% NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING FEE). If you don’t call or email within 24 hours before your rental, AND receive a written confirmation of your cancellation from Kul Wheels LLC, you will not receive a refund.

If you are running late, you must contact Kul Wheels no later than 15 minutes after the confirmed rental time or Kul Wheels LLC shall assume you are not coming and you will forfeit your payment.

Rental periods begin and end at the time scheduled or time paid (if the rental is done at the shop). If the rental is not returned on time, a late charge of $25.00-$50.00 per hour (or portion of that hour) will be applied.
