Description

If you want to try scuba, but aren’t quite ready to take the plunge into a certification course, or are only in Key Largo for a day or two, Discover Scuba Diving at Horizon Divers is perfect for you. Horizon Divers offers this one day program as an opportunity to get the experience of diving without the time and attention required to get fully Open Water Certified.

Class & Dive Schedule

1. The day starts at the dive shop for paperwork, classroom, and gear. Students then leave the shop to meet their instructor at the pool for a couple of hours underwater.  After their pool session they are comfortable underwater and ready for the afternoon’s two coral reef dives.
2. 11:30pm – 1pm: Break for lunch
3. Meet your instructor at our dock for two afternoon reef dives with your instructor. Returning to the dock around 5pm.
4. Equipment - All basic equipment is provided

• Basic Scuba Kit: Mask, Fins, Snorkel, BCD, Regulator, Dive Computer, Wetsuit

Prerequisites

1. Minimum Age: 10 years old
2. Average swimming ability
3. Medical Statement
