• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled rental will receive a full refund.
• No refunds are given for cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled rental unless due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond your control.

Cancellations due to weather
We understand that no one can control the weather so we offer the following options for cancellations made due to weather less than 24 hours before your reservation time:

1. We will give you a 50% refund.
2. We will credit the full amount of your payment to be used at a later date. Your credit will be valid for 12 months.
