Renters must be over 21 years old, while drivers over 18 are permitted to operate our off-road vehicles. To prioritize safety, passengers must be over the age of 5. Please note that in the event where the driver is underage, no refunds will be given. Reservation Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy requires a 50% charge of the total rental cost. Our system offers the convenience of making reservations with Fun For You Rentals. However, it is important to note that all reservation deposits are non-refundable, unless specifically authorized by a staff member. This policy ensures that our customers have a secure and reliable booking experience, while also allowing for flexibility in exceptional circumstances. Rest assured that our dedicated team is always available to assist you with any queries or concerns regarding your reservation.

Refund Policy

While occasional breakdowns can occur due to mechanical issues, please note that refunds are not applicable if the breakdown is caused by the renter or rider. In the unfortunate event of a breakdown, it is crucial to notify Fun For You Rentals immediately, as our dedicated team will promptly assist you in resolving the issue and getting you back on track. 2. If you decide to explore beyond the Summit County trail system and encounter a breakdown, please be aware that you will be responsible for all recovery costs associated with the machine. Any last minute changes will be subject to a $35 convenience fee per  vehicle.
