Discover Scuba Diving is perfect for beginners and those looking to try scuba diving for the first time in Cozumel. No previous training or experience is required. The Discover Scuba Diving experience will allow you to enjoy a scuba dive under one of our PADI Scuba Instructors' direct supervision.
Our Discover Scuba Experience is more than just a short introduction to scuba diving. You will start with a short eLearning program. This eLearning section will cover dive theory and essential dive skills. You can begin your Discover Scuba Diving eLearning by clicking the link below.

Each participant will need to create a PADI account (at no cost) to sign in. You will then complete the necessary forms and the eLearning module before arriving in Cozumel. Then, book your Discover Scuba Diving Experience for the date and time of your choice, and we look forward to seeing you in Cozumel.
Please note that each person must complete this step individually and use a unique email address for their account. Completing this step in advance will save you time when you arrive in Cozumel and let us get you in the water sooner!

- PADI Discover Scuba Diving eLearning
- All required equipment, but if you have your mask, fins, and snorkel, please feel free to bring them.
Once you have signed up for your Discover Scuba Diving Experience, please follow the Begin your Discover Scuba Diving eLearning link to be directed to PADI.Com, where you can complete a short eLearning program and complete all the required forms digitally.
Included in Your Discover Scuba Diving Experience:
- PADI Discover Scuba Diving eLearning
- All required equipment (feel free to bring your own mask, fins, and snorkel if you have them)
- All taxes and fees
Prerequisites
- Be at least ten years old.
- Complete the PADI Medical Statement. If you answer "yes" to any of the questions, you must obtain a physician's approval before participating in any in-water activities.
If you have a "YES" answer to any question, please download and print the form included with your digital forms, and have your local physician complete it.
Discover Scuba Diving Cancellation Policy
Your Discover Scuba Diving Experience may be cancelled for a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled program.
A full refund will be provided at anytime for the following:
- Unable to participate in your Discover Scuba Diving Experience due to a "Yes" answer on your Medical Statement
- We are unable to conduct the Discover Scuba Diving Experience due to the weather
