What You Will Learn
The PADI Rescue Diver course prepares you to deal with dive emergencies, minor and major, using various techniques. Through knowledge development during your e-Learning and rescue exercises, you learn what to look for and how to respond. During rescue scenarios, you put into practice your knowledge and skills. Topics include:

- Recognizing and managing stress in other divers
Emergency management and equipment
- Rescuing panicked divers
Rescuing unresponsive divers

- EFR Primary & Secondary Care eLearning
- Rental equipment as needed
Prerequisites
PADI (Junior) Adventure Divers who are at least 12 years old and have completed the Underwater Navigation Adventure Dive may enroll in a Rescue Diver course.
You also need to have Emergency First Response Primary and Secondary Care (CPR and First Aid), or equivalent, training within the past 24 months. You can complete this training during the Rescue Diver course.
PADI Scuba Course Cancellation
PADI eLearning fees are non-refundable once the student has registered with PADI. If you have not registered your eLearning code at the time of cancellation, we will issue you a full refund of your deposit. Once the course has started, we cannot issue a refund.
The eLearning and online manual becomes yours once you have registered for the course and can be used in the future at any PADI Dive Center to complete your training.
